- Holiday
- 23 days holiday (pro-rata).
Increases by 1 day per year’s service – up to 28 days in total after 5 years complete service. - Sick Pay
- Paid after 6 months probation period.

- All relevant training courses are arranged internally, sometimes using external sources.

- 40 hours per week inclusive of a daily half-hour paid break.
Flexible hours – core hours between 10am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 10am - 3pm (if not in a customer facing role). - Culture

- We operate a profit related pay scheme which is paid annually.
We provde a ‘Death in Service’ life cover scheme for all eligible employees. A lump sum death benefit of 4 times your basic annual salary is paid out as at date of death, assuming you are still employed by Pico Technology. - Career Development
- We also hold regular career, and development reviews.
Salary reviews across the company are reviewed each August. - Sports and Social
- Organised events such as “Christmas Party” and “Meals Out”, etc. Funded by the Pico technology Sports and Social Committee.
