At Pico we understand the need for flexible working hours. Our core office hours are 10am - 4pm, outside of these hours you can schedule your work to fit in with your personal or family commitments.
Everybody needs a holiday
And at Pico you get 23 of them every year. Want more? No problem. We will increase your holiday entitlement by 1 day for each year you work for us, up to 28 days in total after 5 years complete service.
Share the wealth
When Pico profits everyone profits. We operate a profit-related pay scheme which is paid annually, additionally we donate a share of all profits to various charities.

Never-ending fun
It’s our aim to make sure you have fun and enjoy the time you spend at Pico. That fun doesn’t need to stop when your working day’s finished: our sports and social club arrange various events – from meals out to greyhound racing and paintballing. There’s something for everyone, and usually it’s free or at a greatly reduced cost.
